There are laboratory studies (Baranski) that show that organic products have a high concentration of antioxidants, polyphenols and anticarcinogenic compounds, much higher than those produced conventionally.

  • Organic vineyards produce healthier wines because the vines are grown without fungicides, pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides and their residues.
  • Although the consumption of organic wine is lower in Spain (however the organic product boom has grown by 56%) than in other European countries, the loyalty is very high for some benefits that contain their ingredients for health, its non-use of synthetic chemicals, or for its quality, taste and quiet work for the environment.
  • They have lower levels of residual sugar and 50% less sulfite content than conventional wine.
